Origin                       : Russiun.

Ship-Load                 : 15,000MT - 20,000MT Per Month.

Min Contract Period  : One Year.

Specification             : D2 Diesel with Sulphur %, Max 0.20

Price                         : Upon Request. ( We will quote only as per Current Market)

Payment Terms        : Irrevocable Confirmed Auto-Revolving Transferable Documentary Letter of Credit 100% at sight, Payable against presentation of Shipping documents to Buyer's Bank within 3 International Banking days. ( L/C shall be open from Prime Bank only)

Terms & Conditions:

1. Buyer sends the Irrevocable Confirmed Purchase Order in his Bank endorsed or LOI + BCL.

2. Seller send the FCO and Draft Contract and arrange TTM (Top Table Meeting).

3. Buyer and Seller signs Contract final face to face at Seller's place.

4. Buyer shall open a Irrevocable Draft Letter of Credit within 3 Banking days.

5. Seller Verify the Draft L/C and sends again to Buyer's Bank if Seller's Bank need any amendment.

6. Buyer shall open a Irrevocable Non-Operative Letter of credit to Seller's account.

7. Seller will issue 2% Performance Bond against Buyer's Non-Operative L/C to activate Buyer's Letter of Credit.

8. Shipment will commence as per the Contract final.
